Process We Follow

Being a progressive wire mesh manufacturer, we follow a systematic set of processes that ensures the best quality and high quantity of the output. These processes include wire drawing, galvanization, and weaving. Here is the detailed process we follow in our company:

Wire Drawing: It involves pulling metal wire through a die which results in reducing its diameter along with increasing its length. The process is done via a series of dies of decreasing size until it reaches the desired diameter.

Wire Galvanizing: The drawn wire is then coated with a layer of zinc via the galvanization process. This type of coating helps to safeguard the wire from corrosion.

Mesh Weaving: The galvanized wire is then fed into a weaving machine which weaves the wire into a mesh pattern. This process interlaces the wires in a specific way that creates a strong & durable mesh.

Lastly, the processes of cutting and finishing are carried out. The woven mesh is cut to the desired size and finished to ensure that it meets the required specifications. Various processes can then be carried out such as trimming the edges, smoothing the surface & applying a protective coating.

Quality Control

Quality of the wire mesh is assured by testing and inspecting it on various parameters. It also helps to ensure that it meets the required standards for strength, durability & quality.
